This initiative of VCE is well appreciated by many associates and successful interns as responsible society pay back. We highly encourage students and educational institutes to spread this initiative to other deserving students.

This is an initiative of VCE, we select students from various engineering and management colleges and provide them internship and training. Our internships and training are very unique in nature and its specially for the students of Core Engineering Sector (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Energy Engineering) and Finance and HR Management for preparing them to corporate / industry ready.
We provide them experienced mentor from the industry along with the industry based projects. But, this is NOT just a CSR activity of VCE, there are other reasons also which gives us the energy to keep continuing this endeavor for the betterment of society and students.
- The manpower requirement of core sector is huge but it required skilled persons ONLY. Hence, by providing this internship VCE wants to enhance the skills of young core engineering graduates.
- The finance sector is highly diversified but also linked to the core knowledge. It creates lots of confusion in young management students to decide which field of finance that they should select for career. Hence this internships will help them to have a clear picture.
- Many students didn’t understand that apart from the technical/academic skills, they also needs corporate skills to enter, survive, sustain and grow in an organisation and hence they need Corporate Skill Development training provided by VCE.
- Students needed to face the most difficult phase of their life alone, which is the Job Hunt Phase / Placement Phase and that’s a very stressful phase. VCE want to help the student in this phase by Pre-Placement Training Program.

So that they can put the certificate in LinkedIn Credentials and print the certificate and use it to show in college / companies and it looks good, genuine, authentic and official.
- VCE Team / Mentor should be ready to respond positively on any verification request from companies / institutions related to the candidature of the intern, who are showing the certificates they got from this internship.
- Few interns need the original transcript of the certificates to be couriered to their home address so that they use it as reference for admission abroad and in India for higher studies. The original transcripts are not the print-out of the PDF. It is the original print out on our letter head with actual ink signature and ink stamp, which will be couriered to the successful candidates.

If a candidate wishes to join VCE Internship for his ” Knowledge Related Needs ” ONLY then this program is ABSOLUTELY FREE for him. He is NOT needed to pay anything to us. He can join the internship in the upcoming group and start learning. He just need to fill the application form, NO CV is needed, NO TPO / College reference is needed, NO selection /rejection process. It will an OPEN LEARNING platform for them. Our team will intimate them about starting and completion of the program through our official email id.
NOTE : This option is FREE and hence the ” Knowledge Related Needs ” will be 100% fulfilled more than the satisfaction level of the candidate. BUT, the HR-Admin related needs is NOT included in this option. So whatever is written in the HR-Admin related needs WON’T be provided in this option. Hence, NO Certificates, NO Offer Letter and NO Other Benefits are included in this option.
Option-B

This is the terms and conditions of internship offered by M/s Vardhan Consulting Engineers “VCE” and the selected candidate “INTERN”. INTERN should read and understand all the points of this sheet. Accepting the offer letter means accepting all the terms mentioned in this sheet.
- The internships and training offered by VCE is a society pay back initiative to provide a corporate way of learning to students through online work-from-home internships. VCE only charges a small fee against the optional admin benefits.
- INTERN also cannot demand any stipend or job offer / paid role through this internship.
- INTERN should maintain a complete NON-DISCLOSURE of any data or information shared by VCE during this internship. Sharing or selling of any kind of information through any medium (email,chat,verbally etc.) is a breach of trust and can lead to consequences.
- INTERN should provide a reference of their TPO / Dean / Principal / Director / Professor of their college OR bonafide student certificate / NOC from the college before starting this internship. VCE can use the reference to report (if needed) the progress / activities of the INTERN to their TPO during the internship.
- INTERN should maintain a proper decorum and discipline in this internship. Any kind of aggressiveness, rudeness, nudeness or harassment to mentor, to any VCE employee or to other fellow interns (even on chating) will be considered as a serious offense (considering the large number of female interns) and led to proper action as under IPC (Indian Penal Code).
- The Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation will be provided in ONLY to INTERN’s who applied for admin benefits and pay small admin fee. It will be given only after INTERN successfully completes all the modules, tasks and checklist. Copying of tasks and reports from other interns, submitting crap documents as a task and not following the instructions properly may lead to dis-qualification of your submission.

VCE offers different paid services, and hence its very important to understand the policies and conditions associated with it.
Accepting Payment
M/s Vardhan Consulting Engineers is registered as Sole Proprietorship firm in Patna, Bihar. This firm have GSTIN registered. VCE only accepts payments through online mode. Which means through G Pay, UPI and Bank Transfer. We never accept payment in CASH or any other way such as crypto. The amount mentioned for any services is inclusive of all the taxes. Specific tax receipt will be issued on any payment which is more than Rs. 5000.00 ( Five Thousand). The account which is authorized to receive funds for M/s Vardhan Consulting Engineers is; G Pay : 979 111 2715 , UPI ID : TECHVARDHAN@IDBI , No other bank account can receive funds for M/s Vardhan Consulting Engineers.
Refund Requests
Special / Additional Request : – For the admin fee of Rs. 1000 / Rs. 500 to avail the special HR & Admin benefits, there is NO REFUND POLICY. It means once the payment is done then VCE won’t refund any amount ( not even partial) and don’t entertain the refund request of any kind. But, this paid service is transferable to other candidate, it means if one candidate paid for it and didn’t want to use it then he can pass-on the benefit to the other candidate. The validity of the service is 365 days only, means once you paid then you have to take the services within ONE YEAR, after that the candidate needs to apply again.
Payment and Dispute Settlement
In some special cases, for any payment dispute, it will be settled by the VCE’s Dispute Settlement Team. The prime concern will be approaching a mid-way between the mutual benefits of the parties. If the dispute is more than Rs. 1 Lakh ( Consulting Services), then it will be settled under the jurisdiction of Patna High Court, Patna Bihar.
1. This is a work from home internship, then how it will be done and is it effective? Ans –Its effective because we understand the pulse of a good internship. Which needs a good mentor, good project and a good system to learn, we provide all this to you. Even in big companies now a days the manager/boss/mentor may not sit in office all the time, and the interns ends up getting instructions on email. Being Work-From-Home internship, you can avoid the hassle of traveling and wasting time in sitting in office 6-8 hours and doing a work which can be finished in 2 hours. Interns should and must have proper internet connectivity with them during this internship, along with laptop or smart phone.The interactions with the mentor and HR will be done through these online platforms Google Classroom, Youtube LIVE, WhatsApp and Skype and hence interns should install these apps in their phone/laptop. |
2. Do I get a mentor? How can and how often I can contact him? Ans – Yes you will get a mentor who is from industry/corporate having 10+ years of experience in India and Abroad. Till now he successfully mentored 200+ interns in past 10 years. You can easily contact him on E-Mail, WhatsApp or Telegram. The interactions with the mentor and HR will be done through these online platforms Google Classroom, Youtube LIVE, WhatsApp and Skype and hence interns should install these apps in their phone/laptop. You can contact him as much times as you want for proper doubts and queries and he is happy to help.Interns are free to speak to their mentor anytime for any doubt clearance. The mentor should also take Skype group calls for clearing doubts and explaining about each module. |
3. What is the motto and purpose of this internship? Is this only training? Ans – Our motto is to fill the gap/void between the corporate/industry requirements and the college education. Especially, in core sector (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Energy Engineering and Project Finance) which is very important but a struggling sector. No, it’s not just a training, here we give proper instructions to the candidates and also personally interact with them and their progress with skill development. For free training student can visit NPTEL, Udemy, Un-Academy, edx, Coursera etc.). This internship is divided in 4 modules with a smart task at the end of each module. The information of module 1 and smart task 01 will be given on joining this internship but the information of module 2 will be given only when the intern submits the smart task 01. |
4. Tell me about Corporate Skill Development Program “CSD Program”? Why it is included in this internship? Ans – With our experience, we analyzed that students should and must develop their other skills as well along with the academic skills. These skills are very important for entering in corporate and also growing inside the corporate. We found that students are more focused and engaged in participating / managing and coordinating many events and activities but forget to identify, learn and save the skills developed from those events / activities. Also, we feel that students are very much trapped / indulge in many things that they think are important for their success but they end up wasting their time and energy in it. We are going to develop those skill-set and mindset in them. Hence, every intern should and must join our free CSD program along with this internship. It will be an easy program where you only need to watch videos and do self-evaluation. This program is very important for skill development and improvement. |
5. Is it possible to do this internship along with my college / preparation / other involvements? Ans – Yes, it’s possible, but you need to manage your time properly, the requirements of this internship are, you need to devote 20 hours per week. It means if you sit down and work for 1-2 hours every day you can easily finish this internship. Working / involve somewhere else along with internship can’t be an excuse to delay submitting the tasks of this internship. |
6. I am NOT familiar with this project topic? Can I still be able to do this internship? Ans – Yes you can. As most of the interns have none/very little knowledge of this project. It’s an internship so, we have no expectations from the candidates to have any prior knowledge and we expects the candidate to have a zeal to learn and work in this sector. |
7. What is the basis of selection in this internship? Ans – The basis of selection / selection procedure of this internship is the assessment of need and importance of this internship in any candidate’s nearby career. We prefer NOT TO select passed out students or students who are preparing for GATE/CAT/UPSC exams. |
8. Should I need to pay anything during this internship? Ans – You are only required to pay small admin fee if you want to take admin benefits. Otherwise its absolutely free. The admin fee can be paid anytime. |
9. How can I finish my internship? Ans – The duration for the internship is 6-8 weeks. But interns can join and finish the internship as per their convenience. They can also take break in between (For mid-sem test or any important event). Since this internship is an individual event and hence the group’s timeline doesn’t matter. Once the intern finishes the Module 1 to Module 4 and submits the Smart Task 01 – Smart Task 04, with the Final Internship Report then they need to attend a Final Interaction Call with the mentor and then he/she will be awarded with the Certificate of Completion. The Letter of Recommendation will be given by your mentor directly. From 10th June 2020 and onward, we started “Special/Additional Request Section” and in that we are giving certificates only to those who made special requests. |
10. Is there is any penalty / action will be taken if I dropout from this internship in middle? Ans – NO penalty/action, Any intern can leave this internship anytime. We believe that NO learning can be given by force. He/she should send us a email mentioning the reason for leaving the internship. |
11. Tell me about personnel data protection and discipline in this internship. Ans – Every intern should and must abide with the Non-Disclosure Agreement with our organization and hence any disclosing or leaking of information (positive or negative, intentional or unintentional, planned or by mistake) is NOT acceptable and NOT allowed. Every intern should and must follow professionalism (written and verbal) during interacting with HR / Staff / Mentor / Co-Interns. Any aggression or mis-behave with our staff and co-interns are not acceptable and it’s a punishable offense under IPC. We will take strict action against mis-behaving interns as we have large number of females interning with us. |

13. Can I change my project topic after joining the internship? If yes then how? Ans – Yes you can, you just need to start working on your project of interest and submit Smart Task 01. After you submit your first task then you cannot change your project topic. |
14. May I get the Offer Letter as per my college schedule? Ans – Yes you can get offer letter as per your college schedule after you got selected for our internship. |
15. Why submitting NOC or References of TPO is important? Ans – We want to avoid having fake and disturbing candidates from our program. Hence a proper reference is important. |
16. Why passed-out candidates are NOT allowed? Ans – Our internships are well designed for the needs of college students ONLY. For passed out candidates or executives (working professionals) we have specialized VCE Executive Training Program. |
17. Can I do TWO projects at the same time? Ans – NO, its not allowed. You can do different projects in different groups of internship. |
18. How should I prepare my tasks and how to submit? Ans – You need to prepare your task in MS Word / Google Sheets / WPS, there is NO specific format for Smart Task 01 – Smart Task 03. |
19. If I missed any call / live session, can I get recording? Ans – Yes, we provide recording of each video and audio sessions. |
20. What should we get after completion of this internship ? Ans – Successful interns, who opt for additional/ special admin benefits will get Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation and Recommendation on LinkedIn on request. |
